“ In just 1 week, I’ve been back to Stewart’s Tavern 3 times. Each time, the food was equally as delicious. I’ve had the Mac and cheese bowl with brisket, nachos, and the brisket sandwich. Each entry was delicious. Their sides complement the entrees well. Portion sizes were more than plenty. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I’m excited to have a delicious, family friendly restaurant in downtown Raeford. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“ So I heard about this place through the grapevine. Let me tell you what found. Walked in on the Sunday-the after church crowd. Sat down and miss Allie gave us the rundown on the menu. Ordered a beer. A Sycamore super quench. Fantastic. Then I ordered my plate. Noted in the picture. Now it's a funny thing (BBQ). People vary so much in their opinions. Myself I'm a Carolina boy. But I'm open to all. And Stewart's has the closest to dad's I've been able to find. Yall come get it. ”
“ The owners of Stewart's are doing something right! slow cooked/smoked ribs are selling out almost every night! The food was so delicious I forgot to take photos of it! Order at the back and find a seat. The casual, laid -back atmosphere is perfect here with just the right amount of cozy. A large table in the middle of the restaurant is perfect for bigger groups or family style seating. The bar seating is for 18 and older. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were all very genuinely kind. Service was quick Greatness is in the details. They included toddler steps in the bathroom, menus when you walk in so you can look while you are waiting. The restaurant is very well decorated and laid out. Bar tenders were kind and friendly all service at the bar was quick. The banana pudding and pie/cake of the day looked delicious, but I was too full to try more. ”

I’m on the hunt for a caterer for our wedding so taste testing a few places was my plan. I say WAS because I’ve found the golden ticket,the nirvana of BBQ, the perfect baked cornbread, the smoked chicken was done with so well,perfect flavor, didn’t come out dry. Truly impressed by the rich goodness that had me waking up wanting more for breakfast. Sadly though I took half of this home for my wife to be to try, I find myself mourning the hours until lunch rolls around so I can satisfy the craving of BBQ excellence. Atmosphere was relaxing,cozy at home vibes,and extremely clean which is a huge factor when I walk in, I’ve been know to turn around due to the first impression if it doesn’t pass the vibe check.
